    • technical presentations of the products to potential customers,
    • product demonstration for acceptance tests at the end user,
    • supporting the certification process for aeronautical products in Italy (Armaereo),
    • obtaining NATO classification for new products,
    • managing information to enable the manufacturer to find solutions to restore efficiency of any technical problems or malfunctions occurring during the use of the product by the Customers.
  • distribution of new parts to fixed and rotary wing operators and maintenance organisations;
  • training courses and programming or reprogramming activities for the equipment supplied, on customer request.
