This Class 1 Beacon also supports post-deployment real-time GPS tracking, to facilitate rapid recovery.
Fixed Direction Finding
The Direction Finding works both with 121.5 MHz frequencies and with COSPAS-SARSAT 406 MHz transmissions. The user is able to monitor four frequencies and detect emergency transmissions. Each transmission is assigned a unique identifier which can then be selected for more detailed information.
Plug & Fly Direction Finding
The system has no permanent devices, allowing aircraft to be quickly configured to meet search and rescue needs when requested.
Automatic Fixed ELT
The ELT 503 System offers full coverage of the 121.5MHz, 243MHz and 406.025MHz frequencies.
It is possible to enter the last known GPS coordinates directly into the ELT, or it is possible to have the GPS built into the G-Switch.
Personal Locator Beacons
Our survival PLB and ELT range is designed to fit both military and civilian applications. Each beacon range has a number of additional features and accessories that allow it to be installed in flight jackets, life rafts, ejection seats and aircraft.
